“VETERINARY SERVICES AND COVID-19"
We continue to open for business during this time however; keeping our staff and clients healthy and safe remains our top priority.
We are conducting consultations now with clients present. What this means;
- Upon arrival to the clinic please phone reception 53333 5959 and advise the staff of the numbered car park you are in.
- A staff member will then come to your car to collect you and your pet
- Due to social distancing, we can only have one client in the consult with the vet at a time.
If you require medication and/or prescription diets for your pet, we ask that you follow this process;
- Phone ahead to the clinic to request your pets medication and/or food.
- Once we confirm that the medication/food is ready to collect we will take payment over the phone if possible.
- When you arrive at the clinic to pick up these items, please phone us and we will bring your items to you.
- If payment was not made over the phone, we will bring our EFTPOS machine to you - a receipt can be emailed to you.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work our way through these COVID-19 protocols.
