Studied at James Cook Universitywhere she completed her Bachelor of Veterinary Science

Previous Experience:

Alex grew up showing Cornish Rex cats and surrounded by animals. Her childhood was filled with dogs and cats, rabbits and guinea pigs, parrots, chickens, ducks, cows, sheep and horses. Recently she bought a donkey!

After working as a dog groomer for over 10 years Alex completed a year of veterinary nursing before embarking on her veterinary degree.

Her hobbies include walking and hiking, horse riding and agility training with her toy poodle.

As a veterinarian Alex is passionate about dermatology, ultrasonography, exotics and pocket pets, as well as animal reproduction.
